Wicked Uncle – Cool and unique toys and gifts!

We have found a cool new present website, perfect for when you are looking for gifts for teenagers! Wicked Uncle are an online store that sells all sorts of cool toys and gifts. Reilly and I placed an order with Wicked Uncle and we found their website very easy to use. Their products are separated into categories such as age and gender, so it is easy to find the perfect gift. The selection of gifts is amazing, they have so much! From create your own football to a pizza Frisbee. There is stuff you wouldn’t even think exists!

You will be spoilt for choice when looking on the Wicked Uncle website. Pricing is good with gifts for every budget. Whether you are buying for the teenager in your life or maybe your teenager is buying for one of their friends. Ordering was a piece of cake and you can pay using card or PayPal. Delivery is £2.95 irrespective of weight or size of what you order but they do also offer express delivery for £6.95, once again this is also irrespective of what you order.

We ordered on a Friday and received our products on the Wednesday, so they took 5 days to get here. They were delivered by Royal Mail and the products were very well protected in the box. Wicked Uncle don’t include any invoices or anything with prices written on so you can have it sent straight to the recipient. You also have the choice of gift wrapping on their website. In the box you get your order and a reply card to say thank you to the person who sent it.

Reilly ordered the Meccano 3 Insect Model Set and the Frilled Lizard – Build your own robot Kit. Both kits are very reasonably prices, the Meccano 3 Insect Model Set is £9.95 and the Frilled Lizard – build your own robot Kit is £24.95.

The Meccano Model Set

This kit comes with 72 parts and you can choose to make 1 of 3 insect models ( A dragonfly, a cricket or a butterfly) In the kit Reilly received everything he needed to make any of these models including tools. The metal and plastic used to make the parts of the models is high quality but we didn’t expect anything else from Meccano. Reilly chose to make the dragonfly. Considering the affordable price, the models are a decent size. Wicked Uncle sells a variety of Meccano Kits with this insect kit being the smallest.

The Frilled Lizard Robot Kit

This kit is something very unique! Reilly ordered this kit because he had seen a few kits like this but never a robot lizard. With 2 modes of play: escape and follow me, an infrared sensor and LED eyes it is completely interactive. The lizard itself is 37cm long and is recommended for children over the age of 10. At nearly 100 pieces it is perfect for any teenager that is looking for something cool and unique to make! You get a good amount of spare parts so if a piece did break, you would be able to carry on having fun with your AI lizard. Once the lizard is built it is very sturdy and is a very good quality robot kit for just £24.95.
