Dear Future Sibling,

Now might be a good time to tell you why there are a lot of whispers and important discussions.
There is nothing to worry about, it is just our parents talking. Soon you will understand that it is just me, your future sibling. At the moment it may feel like we are worlds apart. You are there. I am here, it can feel like a million miles and it can feel like a million years until we meet. I want you to know that when I am with you, in person that everything will be fine. I am your sibling, your sidekick.

Dear Future Sibling,

I will always know no different. In actual fact, we will always be more a like than different. I look forward to growing with you, learning with you, making special memories with you. You will inspire me, encourage me, influence me. I will look up to you. I just hope I inspire you too. Inspire you to accept me, encourage me, support me. I hope I inspire you to be the best possible person you can be. I hope that you forget, even if it is for a second that people may see me as different to you. Because in reality I’m not. I want to be just like you.

Dear Future Sibling,

We can sit and play. We can make plans even if they are things that are out of this world and will never happen. I will love and cherish those moments and so will our parents. They will worry about me. They will worry about things that never crossed their minds when it was just you. They will worry about both of us. I just know that we will be fine, we will always have each others backs.

Dear Future Sibling,

You see, as your sibling. I am a life changer. A game changer. But please, don’t pity me, don’t allow people to pity me. Celebrate me, Celebrate us, a family. Teach me, teach others about me. Grow with me, plan adventures with me, make up magical stories with me. Just encourage me to be me and I will do the same for you. I want to show you that you can inspire other people that have a sibling just like me. Because there is other people like you, like me out there waiting to hear from us. To hear our story and they are waiting to see us grow as a family, to be a force to be reckoned with.
