Revitalising My Skin With The Help Of The Palmers Skincare Range

Your skin is the body’s largest organ. It accounts for around 15% of your body weight and the average person has about 300 million skin cells.
Now you know these interesting skin facts, you can now start to understand why it is so important to look after your skin, most importantly your face. There are many contributing factors when it comes to skin health. Are you keeping hydrated? What is the environment around you? What is your diet like? What if any products are you using? I have been trying out the new Palmers Facial Skincare Range, the range consists of;

• Purifying Enzyme Mask
• Multi-effect Perfecting Facial Oil
• Moisture Rich Night Cream

The whole range is 100% free from parabens, phthalates and dyes, suitable for sensitive skin and is dermatological tested.

I have acne prone oily skin because of this I have tried to stay away from ‘oily’ products but I have seen a few products including the Palmers Cleansing Oil that is suitable for all skin types including oily. Once I read this I just knew I had to test it out. The Cleansing oil removes all make up including eye makeup with 8 pure oils. It balances skins moisture and also hydrates the skin. I have never used an oil to remove my make up and cleanse my face but after using this product, I am sold on the idea of using an oil. My face feels so clean and refreshed after use. I don’t feel the need to double cleanse before  applying the next product in the range, the Enzyme mask.

The Palmers Enzyme Mask is made with natural Kaolin Clay and Papaya. It is made to purify, exfoliate and make your skin look and feel smoother. I love to use a face mask, It makes me feel pampered and relaxed and I also know that my skin is getting a much-needed rejuvenation. The Enzyme Mask is there to work with skin cells to protect from factors that may damage the skin as well as this it also leaves your skin feeling hydrated and due to its exfoliation properties it also leaves your face feeling amazingly soft.

Next up in the range is the Perfecting Facial Oil. Once again a scary product to me at first glance, that word, oil. But this multi-effect oil contains 9 pure oils to help the first signs of aging. It promotes  nourishment in your skin and with daily use it can help skin appear more radiant, healthy and youthful. Although at first glance I was a bit intimidated by a facial oil, now I have been using it, I have seen a change in my skin. I no longer have any dry areas however I don’t tend to worry about the first signs of aging so I can’t comment on that, just yet.

Last but certainly not least in the range is the Moisture Rich Night Cream. A firm favourite of mine. There is nothing better than to have a relaxing bubble bath and use the whole Palmers Facial Range then cover your face in this moisturising cream jus before dozing off. The creams unique formula promotes softer smoother skin and together with the facial oil helps even more to make skin look more healthy and radiant. This cream does contain Retinol so your skins sensitivity to the sun increases but this shouldn’t be a problem is you wear sun screen and limit sun exposure while using this product.

For me this product is the icing on top of the cake. It finishes off the skin care routine perfectly, you feel pampered and after using these products they are a must for any one even someone like me who has oily skin.
