My 2019 goals!

As we are in December, we are getting closer and closer to the end of the year. Which can only mean one thing, goals and resolutions for 2019.

I’ve never been one of those people who make loads of goals. Just because I find it hard to stick to them. I guess if I don’t make them then I can’t fail at them! Some people would say this is the wrong way to thing but it works for me.

Don’t get me wrong, I like to make goals for myself but I prefer to make smaller ones for a shorter amount of time. It just works better for me. To give myself a goal for a week or a month down the line keeps me much more motivated than a goal for 12 months time.

I am going to set myself a few goals though, not huge ones and ones that I could probably achieve in less than 12 months but I will just say that they are my 2019 goals!

• Hit 10,000 followers on Instagram. – Compared to some of the bigger bloggers, this number doesn’t seem that great but for me growing my Instagram is hard work. It has taken me 2 years to get where I am now. Slowly I will get there but it is something that I would like to achieve in the next year.
• Keep my social media honest – This is a hard some as social media can come across as being a fake world. I want to make sure that my social media is 100% honest and real life.
• Get myself out there – A tough one for me. When it comes to events, I can either be ok or really anxious. There isn’t any in between. Working on my confidence is one thing that I want to work on in the next year. I feel like the more confidence I have the better blogger I can be.
• Write, write and write – Where would I be if I didn’t write. It is why there is this blog. In 2019, I am going to continue writing and with some big things planned already. I can tell that there is going to be a lot to write about.
