When it comes to Valentine’s day, it is the one night a year that gives us an excuse to go out but this year, February and March for us as a family is a very busy and to be honest expensive time. We have numerous days out and events as well as 2 holidays including our Disneyland Paris holiday! So financially, it is better for us to stay in and save money when we can. We did touch on this in our last review but this time round, it mattered even more.
The CupidBox is a full date night in a box. Everything you will need for a night in with your significant other. You can choose to have a one-off box which is £25, a 3 month subscription which is £70 or a 6 month subscription which is £120. Every month, you will receive a box jam-packed full of goodies that create the perfect date night. The Valentine’s day box was also £25 and was a one off box. The box included a huge range of activities from a wooden puzzle, love song and movie quizzes, me and you quiz with me and you paddles and create your own love puzzle. You also get a gorgeous Juliet Andrews candle ( We got Pina Colada), Beech’s Rose Cream chocolates, love heart sweets and red rose petals.
With your box, you receive a booklet which tells you a story and talks you through each activity. It helps set the mood and gives the date night structure with instructions to follow. Considering what the contents of this months box was, I think it is incredible value for money and the planning and attention to detail in each box is amazing! Whoever thinks of these boxes is an absolute genius!
We enjoyed our CupidBox so much and we are thinking of getting a subscription so we have one every month. We can go months without a date night but with this we don’t even have to leave the house to have a good time together. The activities are created to get you talking and bonding and to just have a great time. It is the perfect subscription box for any couple!
