When you have a dinosaur obsessed 4 year old and a 1 year old that loves to explore, there is only one place that is perfect for both of them!
Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure in Lenwade, Norfolk!
Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure is a Dinosaur theme park located close to Norwich. It has a huge variety of activities for all ages with pretty much all the climbing frames and activities adult friendly too! When we visited last weekend, we did all kinds of things from the Dinosaur Trail to the Jurassic Putt Crazy Golf and Raptor Racers to meeting the animals in the Secret Animal Garden. There is enough amazing and adventurous activities to fill your day. The only thing that was closed when we visited was the Dippy’s Splash Zone but that reopens in April. We also noticed that there is a new attraction opening in the Springtime too! It is called Dino-Ville and we can’t wait to see what it is!
During February half term, Roarr! had a event on which was fantasy themed. Children who were dressed up got in for 50% off and there was so much going on that was troll, fairy, dragon and unicorn themed. Roarr! had workshops were children could make there own butterfly or make a bug bling. Both workshops were £1. Elsa and Cleo didn’t want to do the workshop but they looked brilliant. The fantasy theme ran throughout the park and had its own trail with a little prize at the end. Elsa and Cleo were of course Team Fairy!
We had our lunch in the park and as normal, it was yummy! We normally eat our lunch there whenever we visit so we didn’t expect it to be any different. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. When we arrived at around 10am, the carpark was already pretty full but surprisingly when you are in the park, you don’t even notice how many people are there. There is so much to do that everyone is spread out.
I always ask Elsa what her favourite part of the day is and this time it was seeing the Parasaurolophus and Gallimimus. The Jurassis Putt Crazy Golf as she got a hole in one and both her and Cleo love the Tiny Terrorsaurs under 7’s play area. It is the prefect place to let them climb and run around safely.
