For a little while now, I have followed a store called Exclusively From Us. They are online but they also have a shop in Holt, Norfolk which is not too far from me. They sell preloved and vintage designer brands such as Gucci, LV, Chanel, Dior and Hermes. I have been keeping an eye on their social media to see what new goodies they have had come in and bag that was posted caught my eye!
The bag that was posted was a navy vintage Gucci bag. It has the GG canvas and the vintage Gucci logo on the snap closure with the iconic red and green ribbon. I knew that I had to have it as soon as I saw it. I have added a few new bags to my collection lately but this one has got to be my favourite bag now. It is practical and timeless.
The idea of a preloved vintage bag just appeals to me. It has already lived a life and now I will have it and take it on adventure with me too. This will be a bag that I won’t ever sell and will forever be part of my collection.
To say, I am apprehensive to use it is an understatement. I am worried to use it in the rain and even the cold. I want to baby it! It is so vintage and is older than I am so is one special bag!
