I think it was obvious that Christmas would be different this year but I don’t think I realised how different! I mean, we did a Zoom call with Santa!
Yes, you read that right. We had a Zoom call with Santa. Normally at this time of year, we would be going and visiting Santa ourselves but with Covid, it just isn’t possible. Having the Christmas experience in our homes seems like such a better idea then struggling with young children and social distancing when Santa and Elves are involved.
Thankfully the Sealife Center has got us covered this year!
They have created the ultimate at home Santa experience. It costs £30 and as many people as you would like can be in the Zoom call and you get a 15-20 minute call with the man in red himself. It is complete personal too as he knows the children’s names and wants for Christmas before hand.
Our experience of this was magical even though we hadn’t left our living room. Firstly you are greeted by a very happy elf and then you have a chat with Santa. He asks so many questions and the whole explanation just feels amazing. The kids loved it and thought it was brilliant that we were talking to Santa as well as staying safe and staying at home.
For every booking, you get a free child’s ticket to enjoy whenever you like. Some people aren’t visiting attractions at the moment so it is great to have something to look forward too.
