If you follow me on socials then you will know that a week or so ago, I started helping Katie’s Kind Closet with their kids marketplace social accounts so I thought I would write a post to introduce you to one of my favourite shops online!
Katie behind Katie’s Kind Closet lives not too far from me and we started following each other on socials. Now, I can’t be the only one that loves not only a bargain but a designer or high end one at that!
There are so many reasons to buy preloved. It helps the environment, is more sustainable and Katie’s Kind Closet actually donates a percentage of the profits to charity. It is a win win for everyone.
Katie is a mum herself and created the store to offer better commission rates to people that want to sell. Most places would take 30-50% from a sale but Katie’s commisions rates are better for the seller. When you buy and sell through Katie’s Kind Closet, you are also helping charities as well.
The online shop sells Women’s clothes, footwear and accessories, Children’s clothing and footwear and homewares.
Everything is new with tags or in very good condition too. They have brands such as Gucci, Ralph Lauren and Laura Ashley and I have even spotted Louis Vuitton on there too!
Just before Christmas, I purchased a Dior blazer for Brody from there and the condition was amazing. No marks or stains. Looked like it had never been worn. It was a great price too. It will be a piece that we now keep forever in our family and with it being Dior and such high quality, it can be passed down. If I ever did sell it then I know that Katie can help with that.
