I have been waiting to write this post for a month now but we didn’t know what was going to happen so I put it off for a little while. Let’s talk about the Euros 2020.
I am not the biggest football fan but I do live in a house full of football fans. I’m definitely one of those people who like football when England play. That I can get in to and for the last month England have been doing us proud.
The final came along and let’s be honest, it wasn’t the outcome we wanted but it doesn’t take away from how well they have done and what they have achieved.
I am so happy that my children have such inspirational footballers to look up too. They can dream and realise that it can come true with hard work no matter your background.
There had been a stupid amount of hate comments online and it is so unnecessary. The team have done us proud. The first final in men’s football in 55 years!
We have done amazing over the past 18 months and the football has brought us all together. We have had so much fun and no-one can deny that!
