Bedknob And Broomsticks Is Coming To Norwich!

Did you know Bedknobs and Broomsticks is 50 years old this year?! and the stage show is coming to Norwich Theatre from the 28th September to the 3rd of October!

This is the world premier of the Disney family favourite and classic movie. It is going to be must see show in Norwich and with only 8 performences, it is going to be a exciting show to see. It is going to be magical and full of fantasy!

On the Norwich Theatre website there is a descrition of the show and it reads:

‘Enter a world of magic and fantasy as Disney’s classic movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks makes its world premiere as an exciting new musical, starring Dianne Pilkington (Mamma Mia!, Wicked and Cats) and Charles Brunton ( The Rocky Horror Show and Matilda the Musical).

With the original songs by the legendary Sherman Brothers (Mary Poppins, The Jungle Book, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), including Portobello Road, The Age Of Not Believing, The Beautiful Briny and new music and lyrics by Neil Bartram and book by Brian Hill, Bedknobs and Broomsticks will be brought to life by award-winning theatre-makers Candice Edmunds and Jamie Harrison.’

The show lasts 2 hours and 35 minutes including an interval. There are accessible shows too on the 30th of September and 3rd of October but head over to the website to find out more.
