2021 is the first year that Pensthorpe Natural Park near Fakenham, Norfolk has created festive events and they most definitely did themselves proud for the first year!
We were lucky enough to go to an event filled with festive fun at Pensthorpe. We have visited the natural park alot in the past and the kids love going there on days out but this visit was alot different.
The park has branched out in to festive events for all ages. Sadly, all of the events for 2021 are sold out already! So get ready for 2022 and this is your heads up to write it in your diaries so you don’t forget!
To start the evening off we went on the Santa Explorer, a truck and trailer ride around the park with lights and Christmas songs to sing. The helpful and very cheerful elves provide you with blankets and get you in the perfect festive mood. It is a great way to see the park in a different light (literally) with story telling and even a spotters trail as you go around.
After a bite to eat and some Christmas crafts, it was time to meet the man himself. Santa!
The Santa experience was amazing and I can not fault it at all! Once again the elves were amazing and there are little games such snowball fights outside while you wait to see Santa. The gifts that the children get are incredible for the price of the Santa experience. From bug boxes to Orchard toy games to soft toys. The whole experience was so magical and the kids were amazed by it.
Pensthorpe Natural Park have done an incredible job this year of the festive events and they are definitely going to be one to watch for 2022 too!
