The Easter holidays are here and local attractions in Norfolk have organised some amazing Easter events. Pensthorpe Natural Park near Fakenham are running their Easter events from 2nd to the 19th of April and this year, they do not disappoint!
Pensthorpe is calling for all adventures this Easter!The Great Easter Eggsploration event focuses on Spring and Eggs and all the facts and fun that comes along with Easter. Hunt around Pensthorpe for the different coloured eggs which all feature weird and wonderful facts about eggs and the different types of eggs.
As well as the Easter Egg hunt, there are free arts and crafts activities to get involved in. A mini egg golden egg hunt around the outdoor play area, Wild Rootz and the Pensthorpe Explorer Tours are also running. These explorer rides cost extra but are worth the money if you have never done it before. It takes around an hour and takes your to different parts of the park that you wouldn’t usually go.
Hootz House, indoor play is included in the admission price and needs to be booked in advance as it gets booked up and busy! Hootz is one of the kids favourite things to do at Pensthorpe Natural Park. There are many walking trials around the park. Before you visit, please be aware that part of the park are closed due to the bird flu outbreak.
We visit Pensthorpe Natural Park on the first weekend of the Easter Eggsploration event and it did not disappoint! We love Pensthorpe as a family anyway but the Easter activities are a great addition to the park.
