Back in August, we went on a little city trip to Leciester to visit the National Space Center. During our visit, we stayed in The Gresham in the city center.
Staying in a hotel with kids can be nerve wrecking to say the least and room can be tight with a family of 5. We have struggled in the past with finding hotels that will be right for us as a family. The Gresham in Leceister City Center is a family friendly luxury Aparthotel meaning it has both hotel rooms and apartements. Being right in the city center works perfectly for a family as everything is right on the doorstep of The Gresham.
The Gresham has a very stylish interior and I would say it is luxury. Everthing is very thought out and the decor inside is beautiful. The staff are amazing too. We didn’t get to eat in the resturant downstairs to the hotel and apartments but it smelt incredible!
The apartments where we stayed on the top floor have the most amazing view of the city and for a city hotel, there was hardly any noise in the rooms. The Gresham have studio apartments, one bedroom apartments, hotel rooms and pretty much any thing to fit your accomodation needs. The apartments have their own kitchenette and the hotel itself has a fitness suite for the stay.
Our stay was perfect and the kids loved staying here. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was plently big enough for the 5 of us. Every aspect of the stay was luxury from the beds to The White Company toiletries that are provided in the bathrooms. We loved our stay and we would stay here again if we ever needed to visit Leciester again.
