I sat in bed last night and thought about all the ways that I could post on social media on 21st March to raise awareness of Down Syndrome. The I thought that a 3:21 video would be a good idea!
The idea of a 3:21 video is to have 3 videos and 21 photos of the person in your life with Down Syndrome to help raise awareness on World Down Syndrome Day. 3:21 is important on World Down Sydrome Day as it marks the 21/3 or the 21st of March as well as the 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome.
Showing people that people with Down Syndrome have a full and happy life just like everyone else is so important and this video is a great way to do it!
