It is that time of year again! It is time for the 2023 gift guide!
There is no denying that everyone this year is looking to pinch the pennies. We want to make sure that the hard earned money that we are spending is actually going on something that our loved one will use. That’s why this years gift guide is smaller than previous years. I didn’t just want to include stuff that I hadn’t tried and tested myself.
Self care is huge when it comes to gift giving. There is so many different types of product that you can buy from perfume to skin care to groomers. The WAHL Aqua Blade Multigroomer is everything that you need to groom your head, face and body. Its a complete all in one and it is cordless and fully washable. Hand creams are a also a great gift as they are universal and can be used by everyone. You can’t go wrong with a hand cream. The SEAMS Hand Cream was orginally made for streamstresses. It is perfect for hardworking hands! Another self care product that makes the ideal gift is candles. I have used my fair share of candle brands but there is always one that sticks out and that is Yankee Candle. They have just released their festive scents. There are scents such as White Spruce and Grapefruit, Shimmering Christmas Tree, Sage and Pine and Musical Bright Lights. They all smell amazing!
I know that I love getting food and drink for a gift. It is always important to remember things such as allergies and intolerances when gift giving. NOMO is a brand that creates chocolate that is vegan and free from. It is pretty much perfect for everyone! They have selection boxes, individual chocolates and boxes of flavoured chocolate such as choc orange crunch and caramel. As someone that doesn’t really drink, having a nice alternative would be great for the festive season. Clean Co. is a non-alcoholic botanical sprit brand created by Made in Chelsea star, Spencer Matthews. I have been testing out the Pink which is a non-alcholic version of pink gin. The bottle is also gorgeous which is a huge bonus.
By far, the easiest people to buy for are the kids. So I have limited this section down to 3 products and 2 of the are for outdoors! Anything to encourage the kids to be outside playing no matter the seasons. The Xootz Scout Tri Scooter is a perfect for ages 3 years plus. It has an adjustable handle, grippy LED wheels and turns by balancing. It also comes in some great colours! A good quality sports set that they whole family can use would make an amazing gift and one that just keeps giving. The YONEX Family Badmington Set has everything that you need to have a game or just a mess around! It doesn’t matter if you have never played before or if you are a world champion. It is fun for the whole family! Sheep Dip is a game that I have seen over and over again on Instagram and I have been wanting to play it for myself and now we have! It is such a fun family card game. It is suitable for ages 7 years plus, takes 20-30 minutes to play and it can have 3-6 players per game. Perfect for Christmas Day!
