Using the Skip Hop Greenwich Convertible backpack!

I feel as if we are becoming pros when it comes to testing out new changing bags. We have had so many over the years now, it means that we know exactly what we love and need when it comes to a conventual bag to use for both Elsa, Cleo and in the near future when Baby Fisher is here too! Over the last few weeks, we have been testing out the Skip Hop Greenwich Convertible backpack and here are our thoughts!I am slowly becoming a handbag/changing bag addict. I know what I like and what works for us as a family. There are certain things that I will look for in a bag too. With two children comes a lot of stuff especially as one is still in nappies. I don’t want to be struggling with a bag that is too small for what we need but on the other hand, I don’t want to be carrying round a suitcase of baby things.

Skip Hop is now a household name that as soon as you hear it, you think of more higher end bags. That touch of luxury when it comes to changing bags. It has always been a brand that I have admired and their bags are a fashion statement and accessory as well as an essential for when you have a baby. The Greenwich bag is exactly that. We were lucky enough to be sent a Greenwich bag to test out and it is safe to say that I have completely fallen in love with our new changing bag. I had actually fallen in love with it as soon as I saw it. It looks stylish and has that luxurious look.

It is made from a light grey vegan leather and is wipeable so perfect for life as a family with young children. The main feature of the Greenwich backpack is that it is convertible. It can go from being a backpack to a cross body or shoulder bag. It is great for both Mum and Dads and is completely unisex too. As well as the main strap, there is also a small top handle and built in stroller straps making it easy to attach to a buggy.

The inside of the bag is very spacious and there are so many pockets for everything that you might need for baby or toddler. On the outside of the bag, there is 2 insulted bottle pockets on the side, a back pocket which contains a machine washable changing mat and underneath the front flap, there is a smaller pocket which is perfect for parents personal belongings such as phone, keys and purse/wallet.

We find the Greenwich bag big enough to fit a spare pair of clothes for Elsa as well as all of Cleo’s nappy changing essentials with plenty of space left for anything else we might need to carry that day. When Baby Fisher is born, I am sure there will be enough room to also fit in baby things as well. The bag fits perfectly underneath our buggy as well as on the handle using the stroller straps. It also looks stylish on any buggy or worn as both a shoulder/cross body bag and a backpack.

The Skip Hop Greenwich Convertible backpack is priced at around £99.99 and is available from stores such as Mothercare and John Lewis
