Sliding In To Summer With Smoby – KS Kid’s Slide Review

Summer is fast approaching so we are on the look out for new toys and games to use when the weather is good. The Smoby KS slide is something that the kids have been testing out over the last few weeks and it is ideal for those summer months outdoors and even indoors on bad weather days (if you have the space that is!).

Smoby is a well known brand that creates products that have been loved by children for years and years. It is one of the first brand that we look at when we are wanting new toys for the kids. Smoby products are high quality and can last for years or even be past down generations depending on the toy.

The plastic that they use to make the KS Kid’s Slide is resistant to UV meaning that it won’t fade when outside. It will keep its bright and vibrant colours. The slide has no sharp corners or edges so is completely child friendly. It can hold up to 60KG too so has a good age range.

One of our favourite features of the Smoby slide is that you can attach a hose to the underneath of the slide to create your very own water slide easily and because it has no sharp edges, you can also put the end of the slide in a pool so it is double the fun in the summer months.

The KS Slide has been created with children in mind. It is designed with ergonomic handles and steps so children don’t lose their grip or slip on the steps. It is very sturdy too and with a gradient at the bottom of the slide, children will slide off smoothly.

When it comes to building and putting the slide together, it is very easy. It slots together and can easily be taken down to be stored. Cleo helped put the slide together and she enjoyed being part of the whole process.

Cleo is 3 and the slide is 100cm tall and the slide length is 150cm for reference. Cleo has years and years left of fun with the Smoby slide and Elsa and Brody have also loved having it in the garden. It is a real hit with the kids. It is priced at £69.99 and is available from Smyths Toys
