It’s Elsa’s 4th birthday!
Since she learnt when her birthday was I haven’t stopped hearing the same question from Elsa. ‘Who’s birthday is it next?’ So today is a very exciting day for her. She has been waiting for this day for about a month now.
I can’t believe it has been 4 years since we first held her . Since then she has become such a gorgeous independent little girl. She makes us laugh so much with all her funny one liners. There are so many incredible memories that we have made over the last 4 years and the next 12 months, we have even more amazing things planned. Disneyland, Butlins, Chessington and North Wales, just to name a few family holidays.
Then there is Elsa being the most brilliant sister to Cleo. With being a big sister comes big responsibilities and even bigger laughs. Elsa has taken being a big sister in her stride and apart from the times where Cleo seems to want to irritate her, I feel like she loves being a big sister.
This year, Elsa starts big school but after hearing from her over and over again that she is done with little school and wants to go to bigger school. I think it’s safe to say she is ready. Me on the other hand might not be ready for my once tiny newborn to start her school journey.
The past 12 months have been the time that Elsa has grown and learnt the most. She is no longer a toddler. She is ready for adventure and new experiences. She can now write her name, count to 20 and knows her alphabet. All things that I thought would her longer to learn but she one determined girl!
I’m so incredibly proud of the girl she has become!
